Expert Developer
Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Nimbus website and associated services.
• "Expert Developer" or "Executor" refers to verified individuals who complete tasks on the Platform.
• "Client" refers to users who submit tasks for completion.
• "Task" refers to work assignments posted by Clients.
• "Credits" refers to the Platform's internal currency used for payments.

2. Eligibility

To become an Expert Developer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate identification documents
• Complete identity verification
• Have the legal right to work as an independent contractor in your jurisdiction
• Possess the technical skills necessary to complete tasks

3. Independent Contractor Status

As an Expert Developer, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Nimbus. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local laws. Nimbus does not provide benefits, equipment, or workspace. You control when, where, and how you complete tasks, subject to task requirements.

4. Task Completion

• You agree to complete accepted tasks to the best of your ability
• Tasks must be completed within the specified timeframe
• Work must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights
• You must communicate promptly with Clients regarding task progress
• Failure to complete tasks may result in account suspension

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is made in Credits upon task approval by the Client
• Credits can be converted to cash through available payout methods
• Minimum payout threshold is 500 Credits
• Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays
• Nimbus retains a platform fee from each transaction
• You are responsible for any fees charged by payment providers

6. Code of Conduct

Expert Developers must:

• Maintain professional communication at all times
• Respect Client confidentiality and intellectual property
• Not solicit Clients for work outside the Platform
• Not share account credentials with others
• Report any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activity

7. Intellectual Property

Upon task completion and payment, all intellectual property rights in the work transfer to the Client unless otherwise specified. You retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques gained during task completion. You warrant that your work does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all Client information, project details, and proprietary information disclosed during task completion. This obligation survives termination of your account. You may not use confidential information for any purpose other than completing assigned tasks.

9. Account Termination

Nimbus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Failure to complete tasks satisfactorily
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration
• Extended periods of inactivity

10. Limitation of Liability

Nimbus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of Credits earned in the previous 12 months. You agree to indemnify Nimbus against any claims arising from your work or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

Nimbus may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
