1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for credit purchases:

All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

2. Supported Currencies

We accept payments in the following currencies:

  • EUR (Euro)
  • USD (US Dollar)
  • GBP (British Pound Sterling)

Prices are displayed in EUR by default. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider at the time of transaction.

3. Transaction Limits

We do not impose minimum or maximum transaction limits on credit purchases. You are free to purchase any credit package amount available on our pricing page.

  • No minimum purchase required
  • No maximum purchase limit
  • Purchase multiple packages in a single transaction

Note: Your card issuer may impose their own transaction limits.

4. Payment Security

Your payment security is our top priority:

  • We do NOT store your complete card details on our servers
  • We receive only the last 4 digits of your card number for reference
  • All card data is processed and stored securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
  • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
  • We implement 3D Secure authentication for additional security

5. Payment Processing

When you make a payment:

  • Charges are processed immediately upon purchase
  • Credits are added to your account within seconds
  • You will receive a payment confirmation email
  • A receipt will be sent to your registered email address
  • Transaction records are available in your dashboard

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You will be notified immediately with the reason for failure
  • Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, or bank security measures
  • No credits will be added to your account
  • You may retry the payment with the same or different payment method
  • Contact your card issuer if problems persist

7. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge on your account:

  • Contact us first at support@nimbus.expert before initiating a chargeback
  • We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
  • Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
  • You have the right to dispute any charge with your card issuer
  • The chargeback process typically takes 30-90 days

Customer Rights: You have the right to dispute a transaction if you believe it is unauthorized or incorrect. We will provide all necessary documentation to support the investigation.

8. Pricing and Taxes

Credit package pricing:

  • Prices are displayed clearly on our pricing page
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
  • Purchased credits are not affected by future price changes
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) will be calculated at checkout
  • Tax amounts depend on your billing location

9. Recurring Payments

Nimbus operates on a one-time credit purchase model. We do NOT have recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. All credit purchases are one-time payments, and credits never expire.

10. Payment Receipts and Records

For every payment:

  • An email receipt is sent to your registered email address
  • Receipts include transaction ID, date, amount, and payment method
  • All transaction history is available in your dashboard
  • You can download receipts for accounting purposes
  • Receipts are kept for a minimum of 7 years for compliance

11. Payment Processor Information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy. Our payment processor is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

12. Changes to Payment Policy

We reserve the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
