We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • You purchased credits through our platform
  • The credits have not been fully utilized
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. Partial Refunds

If you have used some of your purchased credits, you are eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion:

  • Refund amount = (Unused Credits / Total Purchased Credits) × Purchase Price
  • Minimum refund amount: €5.00
  • Used credits will not be refunded

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@nimbus.expert with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the transaction ID or purchase date
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  5. We will respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days

6. Automatic Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded in these situations:

  • If a pull request for a task is closed without merging
  • If a task fails due to a system error
  • If an MVP generation fails to complete
  • Credits are returned to your wallet immediately in these cases

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • After 30 days from the purchase date
  • If you have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • If the request is fraudulent or abusive
  • If you have already received a refund for the same purchase

8. Chargeback Policy

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Please contact us first at support@nimbus.expert to resolve the issue
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension
  • We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes
  • All chargeback fees will be investigated and may be charged to your account
